A Snapshot of Your Day 

Join our dynamic Operations Coordination team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth export and import of goods to and from our offshore wind parks. You will engage in various supporting tasks related to logistics management, acting as a key point of contact for our Operations colleagues regarding customs clearance processes. Your daily tasks include establishing and enhancing processes and guidelines while maintaining an Access Database to track and record material flows. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will not only streamline operations but also contribute to the success of our projects and the broader mission of sustainable energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform supporting tasks related to the logistic management of projects
• Act as a point of contact for our colleagues from Operations in case of questions regarding customs clearance processes
• Support in establishing new and strengthening existing processes and guidelines
• Maintain an Access Database for track and record of material flows.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a study programme, preferably in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or related field, 1–3 years of studies remaining
• Proficiency in working with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and good knowledge of IT systems in general (e.g. SAP)
• A dedicated and engaged team player with an ownership mindset
• Proactive and independent working style, goal- and detail-oriented, self-driven 
• Fluency in German and English
• Availability to join us in our office in Hamburg 1-2 days a week is advantageous
