A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student, you will support the Digital Process Transformation team and its counter partners with various IT related activities and projects.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support preparation and coordination of IT Project Management Office governance meetings, reports, KPIs.
  • Assist in maintaining project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Track action items and follow up with workstream leads.
  • Support adherence to project methodology, governance standards, and reporting requirements.


What You Bring
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in: Business Administration/ Information Systems/ Industrial Engineering/ Project Management/ Computer Science or related fields
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to have:

  • Interest in ERP systems, SAP, and digital transformation.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Experience with Power BI, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • First exposure to SAP S/4HANA is beneficial but not required.
