A Snapshot of Your Day 

 

In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our administrative workflows. You will be responsible for handling essential documentation related to contracts and procurement, ensuring everything is processed efficiently. Your coordination skills will shine as you coordinate training sessions and maintain certification records to cultivate team growth. You will also handle personnel scheduling, making vital adjustments to accommodate changes in availability. Additionally, you will help with our planning for the upcoming year, aligning resources with our organizational objectives.

 

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Creation of hiring out agreements, project agreements and Purchase Orders in SAP/Ariba
  • Assistance in placing of booking of trainings and upload of certificates if necessary for the Team
  • Update resource plan, add trainings, holidays and shifts
  • Build staff planners in the case of changes to shifts and pass them on to the white collar employees
  • Support in the annual planning for the white collars 2026


What You Bring
  • Currently enrolled in a study programme, preferably in Economics, Business Administration or related field, 1–3 years of studies remaining
  • Proficiency in working with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and good knowledge of IT systems in general (e.g. SAP)
  • A dedicated and engaged teammate with an ownership mentality
  • Proactive and independent working style, goal- and detail-oriented, dedicated
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Availability to join us in our office in Bremerhaven 1-2 days a week is advantageous
