Snapshot of your day

After greeting your team with a quick “good morning,” you dive straight into your first global sync meeting: connecting with factories across Asia to align on progress achieved in last month, resolve bottlenecks, and confirm milestones for ongoing new product introductions. As the day moves to early afternoon, you discuss technical specification and delivery time with key suppliers in Europe for solution and equipment needed for factory expansion projects in America and Middle East. You then join product development planning and review sessions hosted by R&D, contributing manufacturing insights, helping shape product designs that balance innovation with efficient factory execution.

Afterwards, you reply to an email from colleagues in charge of network planning, give comments from technical perspective to the investment plan he made about an initiative to transfer certain products from one factory to another. Before closing of the day, you send out the agenda of your visit to our factory in Mexico, in two weeks you will visit the location to kick off the production line automation project.
