A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will join the Generator & Hub department in Technology, working at the forefront of Direct Drive generator technology together with highly skilled engineers in Brande and Bangalore. Your day involves defining project scopes, coordinating technical activities across teams and suppliers, and ensuring alignment among key stakeholders. You’ll play a central role throughout the entire project lifecycle — from planning and engineering coordination to supporting test execution and ensuring handover to relevant functions. It’s a position where your leadership and technical insight directly influence the development of our next‑generation generator solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Define the technical scope of work and ensure clear project deliverables
• Act as the main technical coordinator across internal and external stakeholders
• Secure resources, align priorities and maintain project progress
• Support and coordinate activities during the test phase to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure structured handovers to relevant stakeholders at key project milestones
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, insights and learnings

What You Bring

• Education in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong technical understanding and experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate across engineering functions
• A proactive approach to collaboration, communication and knowledge sharing
• Curiosity, analytical thinking and the ability to thrive in an international environment
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken

You will join our Offshore Generator Department, working with one of the most advanced Direct Drive generator technologies in the world. Our main design team in Brande collaborates closely with our colleagues in Bangalore, forming a diverse and highly skilled engineering community. The team works with state‑of‑the‑art design tools and is driven by innovation, technical excellence and a shared passion for renewable energy.
