A Snapshot of your day:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a temporary, one-year assignment at our factory in El Marqués. This mid-level position is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, particularly within the manufacturing or operational sector. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for operational roles, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our production needs.
How you´ll make impact:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and manufacturing positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for high-volume and urgent hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with HR and factory management to understand staffing requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support onboarding activities for new hires as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or operational environments.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for factory or operational roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of the local labor market in El Marqués and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
