Responsible for supplier quality activities, responsible for immediate attention at assembly lines when occurrence of supplier component and raw material non conformances, responsible for containment, corrective and preventive action validation at Siemens-Energy & supplier facility in case a row material non conformance, supplier cost recovery, support to give disposition to material at quarantine, responsible for supplier audits, 8D´s verification & confirmation support to closed out on a timely manner supplier NCR.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Core tools qualified ( PFD, DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, APQP, SPC, MSA)
• Auditor qualified (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
• Problem Solving qualified
• Experience on supplier audits
• Engineer (Mechanical, industrial or Mechatronic) & English fluent
• SAP qualified

What You Bring 

• Fully orientated on objectives and high technical qualified skills
• Strong solving problem skills and experience
• Easy adaptable to work under pressure.
• Fully oriented on Customer Satisfaction
• Experience at alloy faundry and machining process, sheet metal, stamping, plating (Zinc, silver, ecoat
• At least 5 years of experience as SQA and is required to have USA Visa & Passport

About the Team

We are Siemens-Energy, circuit breaker division, we are located at El Marques Queretaro. As SQA- you will be part of the team Quality team responsible to provide support to assembly line to run with the high’s quality standards, and as part of supplier quality we are the responsible to support assembly line in case a raw material quality issue, we are communication channel between production line and supplier.
