A Snapshot of Your Day 

Join us in developing a systematic and sustainable approach to people development within procurement! You will consider the evolving competence needs, including the integration of AI, and analyze how these factors influence the workforce of tomorrow. Collaborate with global teams to elevate people and functions, while planning and executing the implementation of new applications. Your day will be dynamic, leading workshops and aligning expectations with various stakeholders on new applications and competence needs. Engage with stakeholders across locations, applying your expertise in communication, collaboration, and change management to deliver impactful results.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • You will own the certification and training overviews in the business area of gas services
  • Ensure the impactful implementation of new applications and create tailored clarifications for specific business areas
  • Drive harmonization efforts between teams to enhance collaboration
  • Lead initiatives focused on improving people and functions within the organization
  • Provide support to product lines upon request, ensuring their needs are met effectively
What You Bring
  • University degree in Organization & Change Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable relevant field
  • Proven experience in change management, product management, procurement, and organizational development
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and manage expectations effectively
  • Experience working across functions and sites in a global environment, including the coordination of interdisciplinary initiatives
  • Strong capability in building, guiding, and facilitating informal teams across multiple locations and time zones
  • Advanced English and German language skills, combined with a willingness to travel internationally at approximately 20%
About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
