Snapshot of your day

Project initiating, coordinating, supervising and verifying activities in terms of work, materials and tools required to carry out service assignments at home and abroad. Coordinator between customer and supplier for engineering assignments. Manages employees in the workshop and/or the field on various assignments. Reporting on work performed to internal and/or external parties.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinating the planning, execution and EHS aspects with the client
  • Participating in various project teams
  • Defining the required materials, (measuring) tools and capacity
  • Requesting quotations and ordering materials
  • Coordinating any engineering activities in preparation for the execution work
  • Compiling and checking working documents required for the execution of the order
  • Performing QC, risk analyses, workplace inspections, toolbox meetings
  • Supervising progress (time, money, quality) and making adjustments if vital
  • Teaching and training (hired) employees
  • Analysing and processing test data in reports to internal and external customers
  • Archiving relevant documents
  • Providing (technical) support to Sales and Project Managers

What you bring

  • General level of knowledge is required at MBO+ / HBO or equivalent level
  • Mechanical engineering, energy engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering
  • Planning systems and project handling
  • Engineering processes
  • Quality assurance, environmental legislation and safety regulations
  • Reporting and management techniques
  • Command of the English language and Dutch is essential
  • Production management systems and MS-office packages
  • Product knowledge (oa: switchgear) and product guidelines
