À propos de la fonction
- You will plan, organize, and control all project phases from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and obstacles to guarantee timely completion and adherence to objectives.
- Manage project implementation and closure processes, integrating vendor tasks and reviewing deliverables for quality assurance.
- Monitor and report on project status, including cost, timing, and staffing, to keep all relevant stakeholders informed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, effectively managing relationships and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Offer, negotiate and close Long Term Service Agreements, O&M Contracts, Open Market Opportunities, Upgrades and Extensions or any other customer related agreements.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, ideally coupled with a Project Management (PMP) certification.
- With at least 5 years of extensive experience in general project management, preferably with sales management experience, you have a proven track record of managing projects independently.
- Your strong influencing skills enable you to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in the energy or industrial services sector is highly desirable, enhancing your understanding of the industry. Knowledge and experience in rotating equipment will be considered an asset.
- You possess expertise in project management methodologies, risk management, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Dutch and English in both written & spoken is required, German will be an asset.
- Broad commercial and contractual understanding.
