A Snapshot of Your Day 

As Siemens Energy’s primary representative in Thailand, you will cultivate trusted relationships across the business lifecycle to drive customer success. You will anticipate market developments, foster government and stakeholder engagement, and provide  strategic advice, particularly in the context of energy transition, climate policy, and decarbonization. Your role includes: 

  • Leading market and competitor analysis to support growth opportunities 
  • Engaging with government officials and regulators to navigate policy impacts 
  • Managing customer accounts, identifying needs, and resolving challenges 
  • Advising on geopolitical trends and their effects on business strategy 

How You’ll Make an Impact

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Deeply understand customer priorities, business needs, and pain points—share actionable insights with internal teams
  • Support lead generation, customer issue resolution, and satisfaction improvement
  • Collaborate with internal Siemens Energy teams to ensure alignment and delivery 

Positioning Siemens Energy Externally 

  • Represent Siemens Energy at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder forums
  • Promote the company’s mission, capabilities, and impact in Thailand 

Market Development 

  • Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and emerging sectors
  • Identify underserved and growing market segments with strategic potential
  • Recommend country strategies and initiatives for long-term growth

 Strategic Implementation 

  • Execute country strategy, capture plans, and initiatives aligned with Siemens  Energy’s global vision 
  • Provide regular policy updates, supporting decision-making with timely intelligence
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address critical issues and manage risks
  • Government Relations 
  • Build partnerships with governments, embassies, trade associations, and policy institutions 
  • Offer policy guidance on energy transition, decarbonization, and geopolitical  dynamics  
  • Analyze legislative and regulatory changes impacting operations in Thailand
  • Support Siemens Energy’s role in sustainable development and societal improvement 

What You Bring

  • Relationship Management & Diplomacy: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across executive, political, and industry levels 
  • Communication & Influence: Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills 
  • Product & Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Siemens Energy’s solutions, regulatory framework, and customer environments 
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex policy, market, and customer dynamics into actionable strategies

Experience 

  • Track record in market development, stakeholder engagement, and government affairs 
  • Experience with policy-related work, international collaboration, and navigating political landscapes 
  • Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or related industries is an advantage
