Job Title: Financial Analyst (Business Controlling)

A Snapshot of Your Day
As a member of the Siemens Energy Transformer (Jinan) Business Controlling team, you will be responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with Financial Reporting Guideline. 

How You’ll Make an Impact
You will gain valuable experience and knowledge in these areas while working with several cross-functional teams and multiple levels of management to improve existing processes and approaches.
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop and manage the annual budget.
  • Prepare financial/business reports and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
2. Operational Efficiency:
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance against budget and forecast.
  • Identify areas for process improvement.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency.
3. Cost Management:
  • Oversee the cost accounting process to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
  • Analyze and control costs to optimize profitability.
4. Communication and Reporting:
  • Present financial information and analysis to management and stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

What You Bring
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in finance, accounting, economics, or related major.
2. 3+ years of successful experience Accounting and/or Finance with the ability to handle multiple topics.
3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy; self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals and be proactive in problem solving; flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
4. Strong digitalization experience, familiarity with Alteryx/Tableau; financial software programming preferred.
5. Familiar with ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred.
6. Must be fluent in English.
