Join us as a Real Estate Portfolio Data Manager in our central Portfolio Management team. In this role, you will oversee the Portfolio Data landscape of Siemens Energy Real Estate, setting the foundation for accurate portfolio analysis and reporting. Your mission will be to ensure that our portfolio data requirements, processes, and tools align with Siemens Energy Real Estate’s data strategy, serving as the basis for digitalization activities. Additionally, you will continuously monitor the global Real Estate Portfolio and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization initiatives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders within Real Estate on projects and act as the operational manager of the portfolio data tool.

How You’ll Make a difference

• Optimize the portfolio data structure, processes, and supporting software tools to lay a solid foundation for the data landscape at Siemens Energy Real Estate
• Manage the real estate portfolio application and fulfill the operational role as a Business Owner of the tool
• Represent Real Estate Portfolio Management in projects and digitalization initiatives, ensuring alignment of goals, processes, and tools
• Serve as the single point of contact for all Real Estate in the context of Portfolio Data and related tools and guide technical and financial colleagues through the processes to ensure high data quality standards Develop and implement Data Excellence initiatives
• Further develop portfolio KPI and monitor the performance of the real estate portfolio to identify risks and optimization opportunities and develop Portfolio Optimization initiatives
• Provide regular reporting about the real estate portfolio and related projects, such as dashboards or presentations as well as ad hoc reports for senior management

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or Real Estate with over 10 years of core experience in data management focused on real estate
• Proficiency in key real estate metrics, including lease, space, and facility management data, as well as related KPIs. Understand the drivers for strategic decisions on the real estate portfolio
• Expert knowledge in data governance and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), reporting tools, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation and visualization skills: Ability to visualize complex data in an understandable manner for a third party
• Proven project management skills with experience in leading project teams from requirement gathering to strategy development and approval stages. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English is essential
