A Snapshot of Your Day 

As Quality Professional (f/m/d), you will collaborate across various organizations and locations to reduce and prevent nonconformances. Your role will be dynamic, supporting Gas Services in achieving quality objectives and becoming a leader in quality, customer satisfaction, and EHS.
Depending on business needs and your skills, you'll identify systemic process issues, guide different GS organizations on nonconformance management, lead or participate in strategic quality improvement projects, and drive systemic improvements to prevent recurrence. You'll work with quality professionals, data analytics teams, and business experts as a creative problem solver and passionate quality advocate.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Collaborate with local organizations to analyze nonconformance causes and drive corrective and preventive actions
  • Perform data analytics on systemic issues, recommend strategic improvement projects, and launch corrective and preventive actions
  • Lead or participate in quality improvement projects or special topics across organizational boundaries
  • Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify improvement opportunities and propose measures at both local and global levels
  • Represent your team in local quality meetings and coordinating related actions and tasks

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field with longstanding years of experience in a similar role 
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to forge strong networks and relationships across different levels of leadership, and business-fluent English and German language skills
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach, working independently with coaching and strategic guidance along with a strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset focused on long-term quality improvements
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading projects in a multi-cultural, multi-location, and multi-disciplinary team environment, demonstrating an ability to navigate complex organizational structures effectively
  • A continuous learning mindset, open to adapting to new challenges and situations to ensure the highest level of service and support for our internal and external partners
  • Experience with quality tools, proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods, and good understanding of artificial intelligence concepts is preferred

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
