A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us as a Quality Inspector, where you will play a vital role in supporting the Quality Manager with the implementation of the Project Quality Plan on-site. You will execute quality activities that align with product specifications and the SGRE IMS system. Collaborating closely with the Quality Manager and Site Manager, you will ensure that quality standards are met. A flexible approach to travel and working away from home is essential, as you will follow a shift pattern that keeps you engaged and on the move.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will be responsible for maintaining all relevant quality documentation, always ensuring traceability of the turbine.
  • Conduct Inspection and Test Plans, including delivery inspections, pre-assembly walkdowns, mechanical walkdowns, and final walkdowns.
  • Execute the reference turbine process at the site level, in addition to standard inspections.
  • Report all non-conformances and ensure that physical product non-conformances are documented and reinspected for closure.
  • Support the Quality Manager in performing technical investigations and root cause analysis of non-conformances.
  • Ensure that site scope documentation is verified and uploaded to the system before proceeding.
  • Collaborate closely with the Site Manager to implement stops in proceedings, supplies, and services as needed.

What You Bring

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

Technical education and experience in the Wind Industry are essential.

Having experience from the construction industry will be considered a benefit.

Proven experience in managing and leading site teams and subcontractors effectively.

Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment, focusing on process improvement and promoting a healthy, safe working atmosphere.

Proficiency in English is required, as you will be working in a multicultural organization.
