Join our dynamic team in Łódź as a Proposal Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of green hydrogen energy. Imagine developing proposals for projects worldwide, focusing on cutting-edge Reciprocating Compressors that are pivotal to our clients’ success. You will engage with customer requests, review technical specifications, and collaborate with various internal and external teams to create optimized solutions. Your contributions will not only support our sales efforts but also drive the energy transition, making a real impact in the industry.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Analyze Customer Request For Quotations (RFQs) and provide insightful comments on technical specifications.
• Perform equipment selections for compressors and auxiliary systems, ensuring optimized solutions are proposed.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Assist the Sales Manager in early client engagement, providing technical support to position Siemens Energy equipment effectively.
• Participate in client meetings, presenting projects and clarifying technical details to foster strong relationships.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written, as a must (German is an advantage).
• Experience or education related to the design, specification, or operation of rotating machinery, with fresh graduates also encouraged to apply.
• You are a positive, orientated on details and cooperative team player with strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• You are available and willing to start a permanent position in Łódź, with domestic and international travel required.
