A Snapshot of Your Day

The Project Manager – Execution Performance plays a key role in improving operational efficiency and service profitability across the organization. This role supports Siemens Gamesa’s Fit4Future operating model by strengthening people capability, optimizing processes and enhancing application adoption and performance.

Working closely with site leadership, technical roles, application owners and cross-functional stakeholders, this position will drive improvements through structured continuous-improvement initiatives, system and people training as well as providing operational support throughout the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • People Enablement & Upskilling – Support competency development and role clarity in alignment with the Service operating model, provide targeted training, application support, and role coaching to improve operational capability, and identify knowledge gaps to develop training resources that enable consistent execution.
  • Operational Process Improvement – Analyze operational execution challenges, identify improvement opportunities within service processes, facilitate workshops, collect feedback, develop improvement roadmaps to standardize and optimize workflows, and support deployment of new processes and change management activities.
  • Application Support & Optimization – Serve as a central support resource for core operational applications (ATS, CPS, DTS, Vibration Diagnostics, Health Report, etc.), identify system friction points and partner with product owners to design, test, and implement enhancements, and monitor and improve end-user adoption, data quality, and usage behaviors.
  • Project Leadership & Execution – Define, scope, and lead improvement projects that enhance service execution efficiency and margin, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, implementation, and sustainability of improvements, and develop and track key KPIs, reporting progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Change Management & Adoption – Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and workflows across the organization, support stakeholders with guidance and coaching to ensure smooth transitions and monitor adoption metrics to provide feedback for strategy refinement.
  • Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Management – Identify ongoing opportunities for process, application, and performance improvements, develop and maintain knowledge resources, best practices, and standard operating procedures, and ensure lessons learned are captured and shared to support consistent execution across teams.

What You Bring

  • Experience in service operations, continuous improvement, or operational applications. Knowledge with SGRE internal applications (ATS, CPS, DTS, Vibration Diagnostics, Health Report, etc.) and working knowledge of core operational applications (SAP, FSM, CATS, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Advanced English is required.
  • Ability to train others and simplify complex systems or processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PROSCI Change Manager or similar continuous improvement certification, or willingness to achieve certification.
  • Experience supporting field operations or service execution in an industrial or renewable environment.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and adult-learning principles.

We support the roll-out and ongoing support of applications within our revised digital landscape. Our team enables the organization to utilize data for decision-making by owning, creating, and supporting business intelligence and reporting solutions, including Power BI and PowerApps. Additionally, we support the implementation of the Fit4Future service operating model across the organization.
