Your Profile
We are seeking a results-driven professional with a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes in complex environments.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in managing medium-to-large scale projects, preferably in the energy, automation, or infrastructure sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Knowledge of risk management, change management, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with contract management, including claims, change requests, and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Your Role – Challenging and Future-Oriented
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and customer expectations. Your responsibilities include:
Core Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership:
- Lead and inspire project teams to achieve defined goals in terms of safety, timeline, cost, quality, and functionality.
- Manage team collaboration and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
2. Project Execution:
- Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with regulations, corporate governance, and customer requirements.
- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and timelines efficiently.
3. Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans where necessary.
- Address and resolve issues promptly to keep the project on track.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for project updates, escalations, and strategic decisions.
5. Contract and Change Management:
- Handle change requests, claims, and contract adjustments professionally.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met while protecting the organization from liability.
6. Project Planning and Monitoring:
- Set up project schedules, milestones, and KPIs, continuously monitoring progress.
- Conduct regular status meetings, ensuring alignment with project goals.
7. Project Closure:
- Drive the project to successful completion, including final acceptance tests and documentation.
- Conduct lessons-learned sessions and implement improvements for future projects.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines, including EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), compliance, and legal standards.
- Promote continuous improvement by mentoring junior team members and contributing to the project management community.
