A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a Project Manager to drive the successful execution of high voltage AIS and GIS substation projects by leveraging their technical expertise and PM skills to ensure timely delivery within budget.

  • Foster a strong relationship with stakeholders, including clients, contractors and internal project teams through enhanced collaboration and communication resulting in improved project outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Mitigate risks and prevent costly delays but also exemplify Siemens Energy Inc’s commitment to a safety-first culture, reinforcing the belief that safety is integral to delivering high-quality, reliable energy solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously utilizing strong organizational and time management stills
  • Apply expertise in high-voltage AIS/GIS equipment, electrical engineering, and substation design to support project execution and technical decision-making
  • Analyze financials, forecast project performance, and manage risks across multiple complex initiatives to ensure successful outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and uphold EHS compliance throughout all phases of project delivery


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), or significant field experience
  • 5 or more years of industry experience in a PM role specifically pertaining to AIS/GIS Substations EPC. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
  • Hands-on field experience in construction and/or commissioning of HV-Substations and familiar with site operations
  • Proficient in project management methodologies (PMI, PM@Siemens)
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Ability to motivate and lead project team members both technical and non-technical


Travel, as needed (estimated at 25%)
