A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support recruitment activities across Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, and Peru. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and multicultural team, gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, internship programs, and onboarding initiatives while contributing to the growth of Siemens Energy across the South Region.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support recruitment activities, candidate screening, and interview coordination for entry-level positions, including interns, apprentices, trainees, and early-career professionals.

• Assist with the administration and execution of Internship, Apprenticeship, and University Programs across the assigned countries.

• Represent Siemens Energy in university fairs, employer branding initiatives, and talent attraction events.

• Provide support throughout the onboarding and corporate induction process, helping create a positive experience for new hires.

• Respond to employee and candidate inquiries related to Talent Acquisition processes, policies, and programs.

• Support administrative activities and identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes.

What You Bring

• Current student pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Interest in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Human Resources processes.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;proficiency in Excel is a plus.

• Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural environments.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will join a regional Talent Acquisition team distributed across South America, working closely with colleagues from Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, and Peru. We collaborate daily, share ideas and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our processes while delivering outstanding experience to candidates and hiring managers.
