The Production Planner oversees the creation, management, and enhancement of production schedules to guarantee efficient operations, timely deliveries, and alignment with customer demand and inventory targets. This position demands strong analytical abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Create and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and inventory requirements to ensure timely production.
• Coordinate with operations and inventory management teams to ensure material availability and minimize disruptions during shutdowns or maintenance.
• Monitor production workflow, adjusting schedules as necessary to minimize delays and meet deadlines effectively.
• Analyze capacity planning, labor allocation, and equipment utilization to enhance operational efficiency and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production.
• Identify potential risks in production scheduling and develop proactive contingency plans while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in planning processes and tools.

What You Bring

• Diploma in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in production planning or scheduling, ideally within a repair shop or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in production planning tools with advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional coordination, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
