Join us as a Production Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating production teams to achieve our safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You will support the Production Director in decision-making and team management, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Imagine leading a dynamic team, monitoring production processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce costs. Your proactive approach will not only help in achieving production targets but also foster a culture of safety and innovation within the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will manage, coordinate, and monitor production activities and teams, aligning with the objectives set by the Production Director.
- Collaborate with supervision teams to ensure production goals are met, addressing any deviations promptly and effectively.
- Support the implementation of quality methodologies to address non-conformities and track defect trends, ensuring all team members are informed.
- Participate in cost reduction initiatives, working closely with teams to optimize resources and minimize expenses.
- Engage with maintenance teams to ensure timely interventions and adherence to action plans, maintaining operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- A degree in Engineering or Industrial/Production Management is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within industrial settings, preferably in multinational companies in the wind, metalworking, or automotive sectors.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and experience as an Internal Auditor for VDA processes.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and advanced English proficiency to facilitate effective communication.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
