As a Procurement Senior Professional at Siemens Energy, you will engage in strategic sourcing and supplier management projects within the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors, driving cost reduction and optimizing procurement operations. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for critical categories.
  • Conduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking to optimize procurement decisions.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, and PO issuance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
  • Identify procurement risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance.

What you'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering, or an MBA.
  • 5–6 years of strategic procurement experience in the Oil & Gas and Energy sector.
  • Proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
About the Team 

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
