How You’ll Make an Impact

• Booking, managing and processing orders 

• Monitoring deliveries 

• Providing required purchase order information periodically to internal/external clients  

• Responding to various e-mail queries affiliated with order status, goods availability, claims, among other issues.

• Shipping documentation generation

• Reports generation

• Supporting all daily activities of team 

What You Bring

• Student of the last year of Bachelor's or recent graduate

• English language - Intermediate to advanced level

• Experience in SAP will be an asset

• From 0-1 year of work experience (Graduates or Early Professional)

• Interest in developing your professional career within order management

• High energy, adaptability, fast learning, proactivity, innovative, high work standards

• Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point

• Tableau (ideal but nor required)
