Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Requisition Management:
  • Create and release purchase requisitions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of requisition details, including item descriptions, quantities, and pricing.
  • Purchase Order Coordination:
  • Follow up with Procurement Managers to ensure timely release and submission of purchase orders.
  • Monitor the status of purchase orders and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Order Tracking and Follow-Up:
  • Track and manage orders for the group, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to address order discrepancies and delays.
  • Invoice Management:
  • Manage supplier vendor invoices, ensuring they are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate existing order management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and collaboration among teams.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Maintain high standards of quality in all order management activities.
  • Conduct regular audits of processes and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide training and support to team members on order management processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in order management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of purchase requisition and order management processes.
Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
