• Collaborate with our commodity managers to prepare, develop, and implement negotiation strategies that optimize supplier agreements, achieving significant impact through cost optimization and cost recovery
• Act as a lead-negotiator in challenging negotiations with key suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions
• Establish a negotiation competence hub in collaboration with colleagues, serving the needs of a globally operating blue-chip company
• Validate and shape how negotiation targets and outcomes are defined; Collaborate cross-functionally to align negotiation strategies with overall procurement objectives and advise Procurement executives
• Provide guidance and training to the procurement team on negotiation standard processes
• Engage with our commodity managers to ensure that negotiation outcomes and lessons learned are feedback into respective corporate procurement strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
• Extensive hands-on experience in high-stakes negotiations as a senior negotiator in strategic procurement, backed by a proven record of success
• In-depth understanding of negotiation principles, practices, and procedures; Proven ability to lead complex negotiations, consistently achieving favorable outcomes
• Superior analytical and strategic thinking capabilities; Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to coach and challenge colleagues across different levels of seniority
• Experience in building strong internal networks and effectively advocating for ideas within the organization
