A Snapshot of Your Day
This job family is responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of products between our central warehouse and tooling facility in Bayswater, Melbourne, and the site operations teams located across the country.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Supports storage, movement, and control of materials and finished goods across shipping, warehousing, dispatch, and inventory functions.
- Assists in transport scheduling, route planning, customs coordination, and vehicle loading/packing.
- Handles materials using manual labor and basic equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety and efficiency standards.
- Maintains accurate inventory records and audits via the Tool Management system.
- Ensures equipment safety checks, proper storage of hazardous materials, and compliance with quality and safety regulations.
- Promotes safety and environmental initiatives and reports all incidents or accidents promptly.
What You Bring
- Requires high school diploma or vocational/associate degree, plus forklift and manual handling certification.
- Optional accreditation for electrical connect/disconnect work.
- Involves applying broad operational knowledge, typically gained through experience or technical training.
- Works under limited supervision and may train or guide junior employees.
- Handles non-routine problems requiring analysis and use of inventory control software/tools.
- Must report to work fit for duty—free from drugs, alcohol, and fatigue.
