A Snapshot of Your Day:
As the HSE Manager for Onshore Services in Egypt, you will target experienced professionals with a strong background in engineering and HSE management, particularly within the wind energy sector. You will lead meaningful projects focused on enhancing health, safety, and environmental practices, directly impacting team performance, client satisfaction, and Siemens Energy’s commitment to sustainability. Expect a collaborative team culture that values communication, continuous improvement, and a shared dedication to safety and environmental stewardship.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Define and implement the HSE vision, strategy, policies, and guidelines for onshore services.
Manage the HSE budget and resources effectively.
Oversee the implementation of health, safety, security, and environmental policies and programs.
Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and requirements.
Analyze incident reports and contribute to future HSE needs assessments.
Provide guidance and performance management for HSE teams, fostering continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
A degree in engineering or 5 years of higher education with significant experience in HSE management.
In-depth knowledge of Egyptian HSE legislation and prior experience in a responsible role.
Proven track record in team and cross-functional management.
Experience in project management is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence.
