Every day as a Lead Supervisor at Siemens Energy in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, is an opportunity to lead and inspire a responsive facility operations team. Join our exciting new Panel Build facility in a senior capacity. You will work on implementing world-class Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across the department, ensuring our operations strictly meet customer expectations. Your day will involve coordinating workload and planning activities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. You will interact with various departments, suppliers, and customers, making a significant impact on our mission to provide sustainable energy solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Lead and manage a supervisory team, Section 1, and third-party employees.
• Coordinate and drive all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities.
• Plan and allocate work to meet contractual and customer expectations.
• Drive LEAN deployment within the department for continuous improvement.
• Ensure operations are completed and recorded to the correct quality standards.
• Support the sales tender process with technical information and program estimates.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in managing and leading teams in a customer service or operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Exceptional organisational and planning skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement LEAN methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and determined approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
