A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a highly experienced Team Leader for Installation and Commissioning with a strong background in power transformers, preferably following European standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day processes of multiple crews, including field service workers, field service supervisors, and commissioning engineers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage daily operations of several crews involved in installation and commissioning (I&C) activities.
• Ensure efficient communication and people management for daily, weekly, and task deliveries.
• Report I&C progress, correspondence, and status to project managers.
• Conduct review meetings with the management team.
• Handle I&C topics with customers and on-site stakeholders.
• Travel as needed to support I&C activities on a partial basis.

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience in a related field.
• BSc or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of installation and commissioning of power transformers, preferably in the high voltage range.
• Experience in leading on-site crews and monitoring I&C processes.
• Background in EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards.
• Knowledge and experience in quality assurance on-site.
• Project planning experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
