As a manufacturing engineering you assure the optimization and flow of operations, materials, and information within the manufacturing process of the factory with the final purpose of achieving the main indicators such as on time delivery, quality, and cost. Using continuous improvement tools and digitalization technology as your main support. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

•  Definition and assurance of process capabilities according to production plan (workstations, no. operators, devices, materials, etc.).  
•  Definition of standard manufacturing time for each of the operations of the different products.  
•  Training and certification of operators on product manufacturing operations.  
• Documentation and update of process standards per workstation.  
• Coordination of plant improvement works performed by external suppliers.

What You Bring 

• Bachelor Degree on Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer.  
• 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Processes or Methods.  
• At least 1 year of experience working with SAP and AUTOCAD. 
• Technical Knowledge: Continuous Improvement, Line Balancing, Lay Outs, Machinery and Tools Purchasing, Taking and Reduction of Operation Times, Ergonomics, Standard Process Sheets. Digitalization, Automation.  
•  Languages: Intermediate English  
• Skills / Competences: Analytical Thinking, Inspirational Leadership, Assertive Decision Making, 360º Communication, use of digital tools.
