How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and implement strategy for service solutions of HV/MV substations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HV/MV substation service market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service technicians, engineers, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.

• Higher technical education related to construction, electrical engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in team management and business development within the HV solutions or related industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of high voltage equipment /substations and related services.
• Effective communication skills Polish and English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work across region and close coordination with central functions.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
• Drive license B.
