We are looking for an enthusiast Graduate Trainee with hands on expertise in design and development of industrial solutions. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions and system design to meet customer expectations.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Creative UI/UX Designer with basic understanding of user-centric design solutions, able to create responsive and accessible designs, complemented by hands-on experience in frontend development
  • Apply best practices for accessibility and usability, ensuring products are inclusive and easy to navigate for all users
  • Create engaging and intuitive user interfaces using React for web applications, ensuring responsive and dynamic user experiences
  • Skilled in crafting cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter, delivering a seamless and cohesive look and feel on both iOS and Android devices
  • Use modern design tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Good understanding of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, allowing for efficient collaboration with developers and QA bridging the gap between design and technical implementation
  • Keeps up with the latest trends in UI/UX design and frontend frameworks to create innovative and forward-thinking designs that meet the evolving needs of users
  • Engages in continuous learning and development to master new tools and technologies that enhance the design and development process 

What You Bring
  • Hands-on experience in software development
  • Creative UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions, complemented by hands-on experience in frontend development
  • Efficient in creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces using React for web applications, ensuring responsive and dynamic user experiences
  • Skilled in crafting cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter, delivering a seamless and cohesive look and feel on both iOS and Android devices
  • Adept at employing modern design tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Good understanding of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, allowing for efficient collaboration with developers and bridging the gap between design and technical implementation
  • Good understanding of best practices for accessibility and usability, ensuring products are inclusive and easy to navigate for all users
  • Conscious about the latest trends in UI/UX design and frontend frameworks to create innovative and forward-thinking designs that meet the evolving needs of users
  • Engages in continuous learning and development to master new tools and technologies that enhance the design and development process
  • Experience in Industrial software, Enterprise solutions & Dashboarding solutions
  • Experience in identifying personas for industrial software
  • Strong understanding of modern software architectures and DevOps principles
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently on complex projects
  • Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
