Snapshot of Your Day


In this role, you will be part of an international team that coordinates safety and technical training for technicians globally. Collaborating with both internal and external partners, you will support all of Siemens Gamesa’s offshore locations worldwide with qualification management and training coordination. The position specifically covers two areas of responsibility:

  • Training coordination for the German Hub
  • Global qualification management and ownership of handling certificates

Joining the Coordination Team as a Training Coordinator offers growth in personal skills and a global network in the training and wind industry.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Coordinating offshore training with operations managers in Germany to ensure that our technicians meet current requirements. You will support the Training Coordination Team.
  • Handling qualification management globally in our internal systems.
  • Developing expert knowledge on certificates to ensure compliance with our technicians and providing mentorship for managers.
  • Supervising information flows and maintains paper and electronic files, as well as training profiles.
  • Covering shared inboxes on a weekly basis.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.

What You Bring


Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance of owning the change. We are also looking for a candidate who:

  • Has a structured approach, pays attention to detail, is dedicated, and collaborates effectively with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Has experience with training coordination and ideally also with qualification management.
  • Demonstrates a practical yet creative approach to technical challenges.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and intercultural competences, along with advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Is willing to travel both domestically and abroad, and to work remotely with other team members online.
  • Experience working within the wind industry or with training coordination is an advantage.
