A Snapshot of Your Day

• ·         You will be responsible for analyzing global service fleet data to support strategic and operational decision-making across the compression service business
• ·         You will work closely with leadership teams and regional sales organizations to translate data into clear, actionable insights
• ·         You will design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize performance, trends, and opportunities across regions, products, and customers
• ·         You will support ad-hoc and recurring analytical requests related to service strategy, fleet performance, and commercial effectiveness

How You’ll Make an Impact

• ·         Analyze large and complex service fleet datasets to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities for the global service organization
• ·         Support leadership decision-making by presenting insights in a clear, structured, and business-relevant manner tailored to key stakeholders
• ·         Collaborate with regional teams worldwide to enable data-driven strategies and performance improvements
• ·         Continuously improve data quality, analytical approaches, and visualization methods to increase transparency and impact

What You Bring

• ·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, data analytics, business analytics, or a related field
• ·         Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and analytical findings into clear business insights for non-technical audiences
• ·         Solid understanding of data analysis fundamentals, with knowledge of SQL and Python
• ·         Exposure to cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or similar data warehouse solutions
• ·         Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other comparable tools
• ·         Business-oriented mindset with the ability to understand commercial and operational drivers, not just perform technical analysis
• ·         Self-starter with a growth mindset, open to continuous learning and development as the role evolves
• ·         Team player who can work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
• ·         Prior experience in data analysis is appreciated but not mandatory
