A Snapshot of Your Day
The FS Resource Planner role requires working closely with field service and project management team.
Handling all planning inquiries, responsible for fulfilling the project demands either by local team or from
the other regions. Primavera and Salesfore are the mandatory tools for doing the planning for the field
service team.
How you’ll make an impact
- Co-ordination with Project Management and Field Service team
- Ensuring that all planning for FSR’s is up to date in the respective environment.
- Assign Field Service personnel with correct competence and availability.
- Creating and follow up the competency matrix for the FS Team
- Participating into regular meetings with respective counterparts and stakeholders
- Preparing the forecast reports for the designated team
- Verifying the actual hours performed by FS team.
- Supporting delegation officer for field service personnel and ensuring all documents are valid.
- Supporting commercial officer for respective delegations
- Collaborate with team members and the FS management in day-to-day development activities.
- Supporting process improvement in daily work environment.
- UAE citizenship holder
- BA, IT or Science Degree holder from recognized university or college.
- Fresh Graduates or 1 to 2 years in planning, office administration or process improvement experience.
- Primavera and/Salesforce knowledge would be a big asset.
- Advanced knowledge in office application tools
- Advanced knowledge of English written and spoken
- Willing to work in multi-cultural teams.
- Process driven, Team Player & self-motivated.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
