A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Service / Product Owner you will continually improve the service/product they own and articulate its value to business users across SE to drive data and analytics adoption.
How You’ll Make an Impact
● Develop services/products and implement projects using lean/agile methodologies to prioritize business requirements and solve stakeholder challenges.
● Serve as the business and escalation contact for service/product-related matters, driving issue resolution.
● Optimize product development with technical expertise in business processes, creating a clear service/product vision, mission, and strategy.
● Develop roadmaps for service/product development and delivery, overseeing implementation and progress.
● Monitor KPIs/metrics to track progress and coordinate teams for end-to-end delivery, focusing on deliverables and managing demand prioritization.
● Document and share methods, processes, and project results, regularly communicating and presenting findings.
What You Bring
● Possess knowledge in agile software development (Scrum and Lean) and project management, with excellent analytical skills.
● Experience in developing and improving business processes through innovative thinking and challenging existing methods.
● Proven track record in change environments, understanding transformation principles, and working knowledge of services/products.
● Collaborate effectively with customers to develop concepts and solutions, understanding and communicating technical requirements.
● Translate business requirements into technical service/product requirements, continuously innovating and improving offerings.
● Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and ability to navigate global, multicultural environments; industry-related experience is a plus.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
