A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Business Controlling Process Lead, you will support the Business Controlling Organization in optimizing processes, facilitating improvement initiatives and adopt new ways of working in a continuously changing environment. You will contribute to controlling projects, drive finance transformation, and enhance Master Data Governance for efficient implementation of SAC, Power BI, and SQL.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Planning and Scheduling: Developing plans, timelines, and schedules for Business Controlling processes such as actuals reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking of progress and performance against objectives and plans
- Problem identification: Identify issues in bottlenecks and critical paths early
- Solution Generation: Investigate mitigations, drive process harmonization and solutions to problems with stakeholders and bring for decision in a timely way
- Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding status of improvement initiatives
- Change Management and Communication: Drives cross departmental exchange and develops training concepts
What You Bring
- Bachelor´s degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Project Management or similar fields
- Several years of experience and knowledge in various controlling areas and/or Project Management and/ or Business Process Improvement
- You possess good programming skills and motivation to work with data both through traditional methods (Excel and SAP) and modern tools (e.g. PowerBI, PowerQuery, Alteryx, VBA, SQL etc.)
- We are looking for a highly motivated team player, who possesses good interpersonal skills and can create a collaborative working relationship with people across cultures and organizational levels. At the same time, you have excellent time management skills and strong analytical skills with an ability to focus on details.
- You have a creative mindset that strives to innovate processes and tools with a desire to take part in a digital transformation journey
- Business fluency in English is key, proficiency in German is beneficial
