How You’ll Make an Impact

• Conduct comprehensive and risk-based internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the organization's internal controls, financial systems, and operational processes.
• Develop and execute audit plans, including scoping, testing, and documentation, to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of internal auditors, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality audit execution and timely completion of audit projects.
• Analyze audit findings, identify root causes, and present actionable recommendations to senior management to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions taken by various business units.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to improve audit methodologies and maintain compliance with relevant standards.
• Participate in special projects or ad-hoc assignments.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior auditors, fostering their professional growth and development within the organization.

What You Bring

• Strong past performance in academics
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in accounting, finance or business.
• CA, ACCA, CPA, CIA, CISA or other applicable certification preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience within multinational enterprise, a Big4 accounting or consulting firms and currently operating at an assistant manager (or comparable level).
• Strong background in accounting, audit and internal control policies and methodologies.
• Demonstrable track record of performing at a high level.
• Strong project management skills coupled with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and due dates.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all management levels.
• Working knowledge of Data Science and/or Data Analytics tools.
• Desire and potential to develop into future leadership roles within Siemens Energy as your next career step.
• Commitment to continuous learning and to global travel up to 50%.
