A Snapshot of Your Day
In a typical day in our team, you support the maintenance and development of our closing and reporting tools, perform analysis, check our processes quality through our SAP systems and related tools. Within your day you collaborate with different colleagues worldwide, from different cultures and nationalities. You will need to save some time to participate in our digitalization projects applied to financial processes and support SAP S4Hana transition!
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure optimized usage of our closing and reporting tools, enabling full potential in closing and reporting automation, data validations, notifications, and execution of internal controls.
- Provide support on CO master data maintenance and Chart of Accounts governance.
- Act as data steward and perform data quality controls.
- Support digitalization initiatives.
What You Bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or similar.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Financial Processes, Accounting, reporting and closing (e.g. R2R).
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and efficient communication skills, team player, initiative, and proactivity.
- Able to work in a changing environment, to learn on the job.
- Mandatory fluency in English, other languages are an advantage (preferred German and/or Portuguese).
- Strong SAP skills (must have), Blackline Smart Close (advantage).

The Finance Process and System is a team who support the transformation of the SE organization into a lean and digitalize company worldwide which actively participates on complex projects (e.g. S/4Hana transition, Fiori, digitalization tools).
The team represents an excellent opportunity for professional development on a new tailored organization for Siemens Energy business.
