A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a skilled Accounting - Transformation Project Coordinator to manage and execute our accounting transformation projects. This role is crucial for the successful implementation of efficient process transformation ideas through simplification, tools and solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage accounting transformation projects from start to finish within Regional Accounting Hub Europe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify risks, challenge and recommend mitigation ideas.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Hub Regional Accounting Lead & other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and support the adoption of new accounting systems and processes through change management steps like training.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, practices and end-to-end process in accounting.
- Experience in project management, ideally in accounting or financial function, and proficiency in project management tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and also excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in using digital tools like Co-pilot, Alteryx, other data / analytical tools. Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP S/4 will be an advantage.
