תיאור התפקיד:

•         הובלת תהליך הכנת הדוחות הכספיים השנתיים של החברה ועבודה מול רואי החשבון החיצוניים.
•         הכנת דוחות המס השנתיים של החברה וניהול נושאים שוטפים בתחום המס מול יועצי המס החיצוניים.
•         אחריות למעקב ובקרה אחר התאמות החשבונות והמאזנים החודשיים של החברה.
•         מעקב ואישור אחר פקודות ההכרה בהכנסות בפרויקטים מורכבים וגדולים בהתאם לנוהלי החברה וכללי החשבונאות.
•         ניהול ואחריות על תהליך הסגירה הפיננסית החודשית ופעילות הדיווחים החודשית למטה בחו"ל, כולל הכנת דיווחים פיננסיים להנהלה.
•         טיפול ברכוש קבוע כולל IFRS 16
•         היכרות מעמיקה עם תהליכי עבודה מרכזיים בחברה, תוך עבודה מול גורמים רבים לצורך ביצוע בקרות בתחום ניהול הכספים.
•         דיווחים לבנק ישראל וללשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה.
•         העבודה היא במשרה מלאה עם גמישות בשעת התחלה בשעות הבוקר ומודל עבודה     היברידי.

דרישות:
•         תואר ראשון בראיית חשבון –חובה.
•         התמחות וניסיון ממשרדי רו"ח big 4 – יתרון.
•         1-2  שנות ניסיון בתפקיד דומה – יתרון.
•         ניסיון עבודה במערכת SAP או כל מערכת ERP דומה – יתרון.
•         שליטה מלאה באנגלית – חובה.
•         שליטה גבוהה באקסל – חובה.


Job Description:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the preparation of the company’s annual financial statements while working closely with external auditors. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing the company’s annual tax reports and handling ongoing tax matters in collaboration with external tax advisors.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading the process of preparing the company’s annual financial statements and working with external auditors.
• Preparing the company’s annual tax reports and managing ongoing tax matters with external tax advisors.
• Monitoring and controlling account reconciliations and the company’s monthly balances.
• Tracking and approving revenue recognition entries for complex and large projects in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Managing and overseeing the monthly financial closing process and monthly reporting activities to headquarters abroad, including preparing financial reports for management.
• Handling fixed assets, including IFRS 16.
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of key work processes within the company while working with various stakeholders to perform controls in financial management.
• Reporting to the Bank of Israel and the Central Bureau of Statistics.
• The position is full-time with flexible morning start times and a hybrid work model.

What are we looking for from you?
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting - required.
• Internship and experience from Big 4 accounting firms - an advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role - an advantage.
• Experience working with SAP or any similar ERP system - an advantage.
• Full proficiency in English - required.
• High proficiency in Excel – required
