Snapshot of Your Day

Your work area is our Customer Energy Portal (CEP), the digital platform for our customers. By creating an account, customers can gain instant access to equipment data, upgrade recommendations, support tickets, and more. Customers should use CEP when they want to get the latest news, find unit specific documentation, find training opportunities, view recommended offerings, submit & view support tickets

How You’ll Make an Impact

       You will create and update user accounts on a huge virtual platform. This includes worldwide face-to-face communication or communication by TEAMS or telephone with our customers and our service managers, contract managers and admistrators worldwide.

       You will help our customers with any issue they might face when they access the CEP.

       You will be the link between the customers, the service managers and our IT teams when it comes to troubleshooting

       In the first two months you will be at our headquarters in Karlsruhe, Germany for training. You will work with our front desk team in Karlsruhe and with our administrator in India and learn everything you need to know about our CEP.

       In a long term, after one or two years of gathering experience you will check the scope of customer assets and contracts in detail in order to make sure that the data in the CEP are correct before they are officially validated.

What You Bring 

       Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus

       Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and other organisational tools

       Positive attitude

       Willingness to learn

       Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

       Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate with customers and Siemens Energy employees

       High school diploma or equivalent

       Preferably one to two years experience in an administrative role

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
