A Snapshot of Your Day

Handle requests for quotation based on the market status and be responsible for offer itself, lead negotiations with internal and external customers, through cooperative discussions. Challenging cross-functions to provide the most competitive offer.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Market analyses and segmentation
  • Define yearly strategy for own regions and customers
  • Proactive research for opportunities in line with company strategy
  • Commercial and technical offer preparation
  • Maintain relationship with external and internal customers
  • Negotiation with customers and contract closing
  • Order management technical and commercial interface
  • Responsible for order intake and profitability in the region of responsibility
  • Light project management for own accounts and projects
  • Support other Sales team members in case of absence or limited resources
  • Support internal functions in communication with own customers

What You Bring

  • University degree
  • Experience in offer management (sales)
  • Excellent knowledge of Hungarian, English and German is a must
  • Ownership culture
  • Teamwork and cross function collaboration
  • Self-motivation and result orientation
  • Customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills

About the Team

Our Team consists of offer manager and offer engineers, and project managers, with all together more than 15 people, working in an international environment, and seeking for the utmost performance and quality that determines our Siemens Energy company.
