Your Responsibility

• 计划、整合和安排团队活动，使资源得到有效利用，工作安排和目标达到客户满意。监控所有项目的状态，以识别问题区域，并适应流程，以提高项目团队在合同签订后的整体表现。

• 带领团队完成项目全过程的实施;及时、高效、合格地完成各项任务以满足客户的要求，并确保按时交货。

• 合同执行期间保持与客户沟通，并将所有信息传递给相应的部门和职能部门，支持销售订单的处理，包括但不限于合同变更、设计变更、交货期、安装计划等以满足客户的要求。

• 与客户联系关于各种拜访和工厂验收，支持前端销售或客户。向前端销售和客户汇报项目执行进度;为客户提供文件、认证、测试结果等方面的支持。

• 监督复杂、大型的销售订单以保持积极的客户关系。领导、指导、评估和发展团队，确保活动按时准确地完成。

• 积极跟进应收账款流程，提高客户付款效率。
