Your Profile:

•Bachelor degree and above. Major in Engineering, Automation and etc. 

•Above 10 years in related experience in the Power/Renewable Energy Industry.

•A minimum of 5+ years of experience related to power /distribution transformer technical proposal, order negotiation, execution, commissioning.

•3+ years’ experience of leading a team .

•Extensive product knowledge on transformers or related products/systems. 

•Strong interpersonal skills to work with multi-cultural colleagues, customers.

•Work proactive, be problem solver and take charge of difficult situations. 

•Be structure, good planning skills .

•Willingness to travel at a short notice .

•High level of ownership and integrity Education.

Your Responsibilities: 

•Define Bid/Win Strategy together, including market situation, Customer’s value orientation and preference, Competition Analysis, target price/efficiency, etc.

•Plan, schedule and conduct offer preparation within given time frame, with technical and commercial accuracy.

•Analyze customer specification, prepare comment and product configuration, and elaborate optimized solutions in line with project specific proposal strategy.

•Manage the development of the critical offer and order documents, ensure that all technical areas are in line with the scope of supply.

•Coordinate supporting engineering and other departments in accordance with project specific requirements, to ensure timely and high quality inputs, cost effective solutions to proposal.

•Review technical specification and cost with supplier management team.

•Prepare required documents for internal project approval process as per company  guidelines.

•Participate in technical clarification/negotiation meetings with design institutes, customers, represent and negotiate own scope.

•Support Commercial negotiation. Handover contract to PM. Adjust where necessary to bring the project to a success.

•Develop and maintain historical project proposal database, Update market and customer requirements/trends for related product developments; Support localization plan, Reference Study as well as competitors strategies.

•Continuous development and improvement of opportunity of own area of responsibility to improve the winning chances.

•Work closely with  Sales /BD teams and other channels, to gain most support & resources and mutual understandings for targeted projects /customers/ marketing information, organize and set up (regular) mutual contacts for alignment on strategic actions to achieve defined target.
