How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design and optimize production line layout, process, and material flow with lean or digitalization concepts.
  • Perform and evaluate work measurement and workflow analysis to establish standards and use facilities and fixtures efficiently.
  • Ensure control over factors such as cost, efficiency, quality, and safety to meet established standards.
  • Collaborate with the process engineering team to develop a production roadmap towards automation and digitalization.
  • Enhance production assembly standards to achieve flawless execution and world-class quality.
  • Successfully implement projects that contribute to the overall mission of Siemens Energy by improving operational efficiency and sustainability.
