Your profile

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Industrial engineering, information technology or equal
  • Relevant consulting or industry experience within procurement, supply chain management, management consulting, or a related field
  • Demonstrated achievements in identifying and implementing process improvements in large-spend organizations with complex, high volume procurement
  • Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt or Black Belt certification is desirable
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more of procure-to-pay, spend analysis, performance metrics and measures development, gap analysis or cost reduction processes
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices along with the ability to apply this knowledge to execute projects and optimize strategies.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; proactive nature and willingness to challenge existing processes and propose new solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness, coupled with a confident demeanor and sharp business acumen
  • Independent, proactive way of working with a high degree of self-organization, structure, and ability to drive self-motivation & self-engagement belonging to a remote team
  • Experience leading transformation and change management projects on a global level
  • High learning agility
  • Scale Agile Framework (SAFE) certification is an asset
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and high affinity for IT tools
  • Fluent English, International working experience preferred
  • 10 – 20% business travel (international & domestic)

Your responsibilities

  • Work with procurement leaders and cross functional partners to identify business-critical improvement needs aligned with the procurement function goals, and business growth strategies to enable procurement excellence transformation
  • Identify and deliver on a portfolio of high impact projects to improve procurement processes. This includes the development of implementation plans, ownership of execution and results achievement

·         Contributes to the advancement and sustainment of business improvement, business analytics, decision advisory practices and business change initiatives

  • Leverage significant in-depth procurement expertise to resolve complex problems, taking a broad perspective to identify unique and innovative solutions, and recommend best practices/guidance.
  • Provide input for automation and digitalization requirements to support business value outcomes without jeopardizing standardization principles.
  • Drive process excellence mindset to solidly support standardization and transformation agenda in the long-term.
  • Recommend strategies and tactics to develop a global culture of continuous improvement across the organization
  • Contribute to the advancement of procurement methods and levers to set innovative world class procurement standards

·         Participate in the development, improvement, implementation, and training of standardized process improvement methods (Lean/Agile/Kanban) to employees across the organization.

  • Build a network of internal partners to drive and coordinate value creation
