Escolaridad You are a student of a bachelor's degree in logistics related. International Business / Logistics engineer / commerce degree preferred.
Experiencia Profesional: Early professional related to Supply chain, process to import/ export desirable, knowledge in microsoft and excel.
Conocimientos Técnicos: Must be a self-starting leader, who enjoys using all available resources and leading others.
Idiomas Must be English intermediate/ fluent (verbal and writing)
Habilidades / Competencias Ability to work independently and with an organized and disciplined approach.
Tus responsabilidades
Coordination of logistics from around the globe (usually from USA) according to Mexico Outage commitments.
Preparation of documents to comply with Mexico transit regulations (Carta Porte, CFDI)
Monitor tooling rental fees status and ensure logistics are properly set up to return tooling to tool depots.
Preparation of documents to comply with Mexico customs regulations related with the merchandise import (NOMs fulfillment letters, temporary import documents).
Coordination of purchase orders for customs broker and carriers to fulfill import and export tooling process.
Technical clarifications of use and function of tooling that is being imported to allow the customs broker properly to classify the merchandise.
