What You'll Do:

• Innovate and Develop: Create impactful solutions from data modeling to application logic and user interface design, driving efficiency and effectiveness in project management.
• Enhance User Experience: Develop intuitive and user-friendly applications that improve productivity and user satisfaction.
• Improve Client Communication: Develop solutions, including AI-driven chatbots, that enhance communication between our team and our clients, ensuring clear, concise, and effective interactions.
• Educate and Empower: Develop comprehensive training materials, conduct engaging user training sessions, and create AI-driven chatbots to assist users.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: Minimum 3 years of programming experience with proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and Mendix.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a related field such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
• Language Skills: Fluent English skills in both spoken and written form are required; very good German skills are highly desirable.
• Proactive and Enthusiastic: A proactive approach with a passion for identifying and solving problems, improving user experience, and staying curious about the latest technology trends, especially in AI.
• Research and Collaboration: Strong ability to research and investigate IT-related topics, capable of working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
